3.1 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on toto15. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. toto15 employs technical and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all associated Accounts will be suspended, Bonus funds will be forfeited, and toto15 may withhold pending withdrawals pending a full review.
3.2 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and primary bank account or e-wallet details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update any details that change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party. toto15 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify toto15 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Account Currency. All Accounts on toto15 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are recorded and processed in IDR.
3.5 Account Inactivity. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. toto15 reserves the right to levy an administrative fee of up to Rp 50,000 per month on inactive Accounts, after providing written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed.
4.1 toto15 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance programme. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, or at any time toto15 deems necessary.

4.4 Failure to Verify. 5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. toto15 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.3 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time during normal banking hours (WIB). Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified Accounts during banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be queued and processed on the next available banking day. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian national public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day.
5.4 Same-Name Policy. Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name, matching the name on your toto15 Account exactly. Withdrawals will only be released to a payment account held in the same name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
5.5 Transaction Fees. toto15 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which toto15 accepts no responsibility.
5.6 Withdrawal Verification. toto15 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. These checks may include requesting updated KYC documentation, source-of-funds information, or confirmation of recent account activity.
Fast Withdrawals Commitment: toto15 is committed to processing all approved withdrawal requests for fully verified Accounts within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. This commitment applies to withdrawals up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Larger amounts may require additional review.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. toto15 may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, or major sporting tournaments. Each promotion is governed by specific terms disclosed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. toto15 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; using automated software or betting systems designed to exploit bonus structures; and colluding with other Players to artificially generate bonus-qualifying activity. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from abuse may be voided.
6.4 Bonus Eligibility. toto15 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including Players who have previously been found to have engaged in irregular betting patterns, bonus abuse, or any form of fraudulent activity.
6.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between Accounts, or redeemed outside the terms of the specific promotion under which they were granted.
7.1 General Rules. All bets and gaming sessions on toto15 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. 7.6 Slot and Casino Games. All slot and live casino games available on toto15 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed within each game's information panel. toto15 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the Platform, its staff, or the Player.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on toto15 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. 10.3 toto15 retains transaction records and Account data for a minimum of five years following Account closure, in compliance with standard AML record-keeping requirements.
11.1 toto15 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools within every Account dashboard, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary account pauses of 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto15 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.2 toto15 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform at any time for maintenance, security updates, or other operational requirements.
12.3 In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, toto15 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds paid in excess of the correct amount. Where such funds have already been withdrawn, toto15 may offset the amount against future winnings or request repayment directly.
12.4 toto15 shall not be liable for any losses caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to disruptions to Indonesian banking infrastructure, e-wallet service outages, or national-level internet service interruptions.
12.5 Nothing in these terms limits toto15's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements and any outstanding liabilities) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
13.2 Termination by toto15. toto15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) toto15 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) toto15 determines that continued operation of your Account presents an unacceptable risk; or (d) toto15 ceases to offer services in your market.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination.
14.1 toto15 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing terms, or updates to payment method lists) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto15 holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Players upon request by contacting our support team.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
15.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
15.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and toto15 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
